Job Description

  • Oversee the implementation of new schemes
  • Work with external and internal stakeholders to design a seamless application process, establish new processes to ensure robust governance framework is in place and to strengthen accountability for the payment.
  • Work with external and internal stakeholders to design new communication collaterals
  • Develop a new system with IT team to deliver an efficient and effective system to handle the application and payment of schemes
  • Provide leadership to a small-sized team (including Managers and Executives). Drive the development of team competencies and develop the officers as professionals

Job Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline with minimum 10 years of relevant managerial experience with significant exposure to process planning and IT system development work
  • Possess strong organizational skills and effective project management skills in managing multiple projects concurrently and independently
  • Able to handle stress and work in a fast pace environment to meet tight project timeline
  • Able to demonstrate understanding of lean management (e.g. Lean Principles and 6 sigma) and implement effective and streamlined processes
  • Able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills in handling diverse situations and manage individual differences
  • Possess effective leadership skills in managing small-sized team
  • Possess good analytical and systems thinking skills
  • Possesses good written and verbal communication and presentation skills
