Job Description

  • Develop mid-term to long-term strategies to ensure programme growth through partnerships and consultation with industry experts and internal/external stakeholders. 
  • Lead the negotiation of complex agreements with funders to solve operational problems and explore new opportunities. 
  • Oversee a team to manage and monitor strategic initiatives across (but not limited to) providers in the Regional Health Systems, including influencing change at multiple levels. 
  • Work with multiple stakeholders the development and launch of the National Advance Care Planning (ACP) IT system, oversee change communications to ensure minimal operational disruption. 
  • Drive the identification and exploration of new opportunities to expand provider outreach in the primary, pediatric, community and social care sector. 
  • Develop and drive an extensive partnership and outreach strategy that will enable the normalisation of ACP conversations in the community.  
  • Oversee public-facing communication initiatives, including but not limited to the development of marketing tools and materials, and ACP-related events.  
  • Oversee digital platforms under Living Matters, including but not limited to websites, social media platforms and mobile phone applications. 

Job Requirements

  • Degree with at least 10 years of working experience and a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience. 
  • Professional experience in health, social care settings/ social work preferred. 
  • Experience in public health communications is advantageous.
