Job Description

  • Provide content advice, recommendation and promotion on training programmes  
  • Evaluate and review the effectiveness of in-house and external training programmes and vendors
  • Administer annual Learning Needs Analysis exercise to all in-house Divisions
  • Administer training programme procurement (vendor sourcing, evaluating, procuring, delivery)
  • Manage training logistics and administration, tracking of budget utilisation and reporting through the system
  • Review and recommend process streamlining of logistics and administration

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business or equivalent with minimally 5 years of relevant experience in training and development and evident track record
  • Proactive and able to work independently in handling a variety of duties, yet a team-oriented player in delivery results and meeting training needs within timeline
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • ACTA certification preferred
