Job Description

Volunteer Management Framework

  • Collaborate with HQ functional teams and satellite offices to standardise the processes for SGA management framework of recruitment, retention and rejuvenation
  • Enhance and support recruitment efforts for both centralised and decentralised recruitment platforms
  • Introduce and revise volunteering policies to facilitate a vibrant volunteering community

Operational Planning and Strategy

  • Conduct volunteer-profiling and statistical analysis from relevant data points to observe and have an understanding on volunteering trends and issues
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress and process of all Volunteer Engagement Initiatives to measure success and intended outcomes
  • Involve in the planning and administrating of SGO-CONNECT System in implementing an automated system for the satellite offices to carry out ground deployment

Corporate and Community Partnership

  • Establish new and maintain recruitment platforms with existing corporate and community partners to introduce available volunteering opportunities
  • Work with partners to promote volunteerism among the senior population, to encourage seniors to age actively and in place


Job Requirements

  • Recognised degree in any discipline
  • At least 5 years of working experience preferably with knowledge and familiarity with the healthcare or social sectors
  • Analytical and organised, able to translate concepts into actionable goals
  • Confident in working with external stakeholders
  • Good in communication, both verbal and written
  • Meticulous, team player, resourceful and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
