Job Description

  • Partner stakeholders to perform analysis to identify the training gaps and needs of the clinical and support care staff in the Community Care sector
  • Work with partners/stakeholders to develop new programmes/initiatives to meet emerging and changing needs of the sector
  • Identify and work with training partners to plan, develop, review and evaluate training initiatives/programmes of the clinical and support care staff to ensure that learning outcomes are met
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and drive the sectoral training roadmap, and provide clinical insights to the training roadmap
  • Support the development and implementation of the Community Care Skills Standards Framework and skills standards documents

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Healthcare-related field, with professional qualification in Training and Development, or Education
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the Community Care setting
  • Possess the ability  to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, and an aptitude in problem solving
  • Team player with high level of initiative
  • Proactive, self-motivated, independent individual capable of coping with a steep learning curve
