Job Description

Facilitate in the development of capabilities for ILTC service providers – patient care and other related programmes:

  • Contribute to improvement of operational processes and quality of care in the development new and existing services
  • Assist in the building of system enablers essential to the development of elder care sector in the community, such as raising provider capabilities
  • Coordinate with various governmental and non-governmental stakeholders in the planning, implementation and management of new projects, including sourcing for resources, identifying service providers, increasing capabilities and managing funds.
  • Track progress and ensure compliance to timelines in project development and implementation.

Infrastructure Development of Senior Care Centres (SCCs):

 

  • Work with design team to improve infrastructure specifications and consolidate User’s requirements from Ministry of Health (MOH), Service Providers, Patients and Caregivers in enhancing patient care
  • Work with design team to liaise and coordinate with governing bodies and agencies such as MOHH, HDB, URA, BCA and Town Councils to facilitate necessary clearances and submissions, working in conjunction with architects, quantity surveyor and engineers/stakeholders on the development of SCCs.
  • Facilitate the construction / renovation of SCCs between Developer and Service Provider
  • Work with MOHH & Consultants to ensure facility design is in adherence to design brief and user specifications
  • Support MOH and ILTC service providers to resolve work procedure matters or complaints on site etc.

Quality

 

  • Participate in activities that contribute to improvement in the operational processes in the day centre(s) and referral management between AIC and day care centre(s).
  • Participate in continuous learning to keep abreast with knowledge and skills in clinical areas related to care integration and Intermediate long term care

Job Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline.
  • Candidates with experience working with service providers in healthcare industry is preferred though not essential.
  • Candidates with experience in facility development or project management would be an added advantage
