Job Description

  • Plan, co-ordinate and implement the Active Ageing Service Journey project to meet key objectives and timelines
  • Curate and synthesise content on active ageing offerings across different government and community agencies in an easy and simple format for seniors
  • Oversee and manage the Moments of Life (Active Ageing) digital solution to enable seniors to access active ageing programmes
  • Engage and work with multiple stakeholders to review the active ageing service journey so that it is more seamless for seniors and more efficient
  • Review outcomes for continuous improvement to increase efficacy and efficiency

Job Requirements

  • Recognised degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 years working experience
  • Strong experience in strategic planning and coordination, stakeholder collaboration and people-centred change management
  • Prior experience in digital transformation projects, design thinking, facilitation or policy operational experience will be an advantage
  • Confident in interacting with a wide range of agencies and teams
  • Good project management and organisational skills
  • Strong writing, analytical and effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passionate about seniors and helping them to age well in the community
  • Comfortable with complexity and iterative approach, meticulous in tracking progress

The successful candidate will be offered a 2-year contract.
