Job Description


  • Support the development of new sector development to better meet the needs of primary care in the community
  • Contribute to team effort in the roll-out of publicity plans and initiatives through various platforms to encourage adoption and utilisation of new models of care
  • Provide support in the management of funding for implemented projects and initiatives
  • Assist in the management of the programme evaluation efforts by coordinating, collating and tracking the outcome measures and performance indicators on a regular basis
  • Prepares reports by collection of and analysing information
  • Seek feedback from stakeholders through regular communications to support process improvement initiatives
  • Perform any other duties and projects as assigned

Job Requirements


  • Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Possess a high level of adaptability and learning agility in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English and interpersonal skills especially when handling challenging situations
  • Possess strong analytical, organizational and planning skills with an eye for details
