Job Description

  • Provide secretariat and administrative support to the division, including  meetings coordination, filing of claims for team members and supporting the team in projects /initiatives
  • Schedule and organise meetings, including preparation of documents for the meeting, ensuring that the logistics and food & beverage are well taken care
  • Co-ordinate division finances including inputting budget into finance system, raising purchase requests, maintaining records, tracking utilization and accruals

Job Requirements

  • Diploma holder with at least 3 years of experience in secretarial and administrative experience and 1 at least one year experience with finance coordination
  • Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess good organisational capabilities with a meticulous eye for details
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skill with a pleasant personality
