Job Description

  • Provide secretariat and administrative support to the division, co-ordinate appointments, meetings, filing of claims for team members and any other ad-hoc projects/initiatives
  • Schedule and organise meetings, including preparation of documents for the meeting, ensuring that the logistics and food & beverage of the meetings are well taken care
  • Assist on travel arrangement matters such as hotel accommodations, land transport, etc
  • Support team managers to monitor departmental learning and development plans as well as orientation schedule for new staff

Job Requirements

  • Diploma with at least 5 years’ experience in secretarial and administrative experience
  • Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess good organisational capabilities with a meticulous eye for details
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skill with a pleasant personality
