Job Description

  • To provide administrative support to the care assessment and management planning team for the implementation of national care assessment as well as the referral for case management team
  • Support the planning and implementation of national care assessment framework and case management administrative support
  • Coordinates the booking for various workgroup and taskforce meeting with service providers in the intermediate and long term care sector
  • Assists with the referral management of clients for Case Management services
    • Processing of referral
    • Assignment to service provider
    • Perform data entry
  • Administrative Support for training:
    • Liaise with service providers on training registration
    • Room Bookings and training registration
    • Preparation of training materials
    • Collation of post training feedback
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide general administrative and clerical support for the team
    • Perform data entry
    • Schedule and co-ordinate meetings
  • Supports the budgeting reviews
  • Main liaison as finance coordinator to manage various e-pay system

Job Requirements

  • Recognised  Diploma
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in related field
  • Knowledge of healthcare sector
  • Proficiency in basic statistics
  • Ability to use local languages and dialects is an advantage
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Able to work independently
