Job Description

  • Perform the full spectrum of secretariat duties and provide administrative support to Senior Management in the day-to-day tasks and ensure smooth administration of his office.
  • Anticipate, coordinate, and follow up on initiatives which includes the preparation of documents, reports and presentations.
  • Where required, to provide general administration support and assist with other ad-hoc duties assigned.


Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant secretarial experience to senior management.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and deliver in a fast paced environment.
  • Well organized and meticulous.
  • Good team player who is highly motivated and proactive.
