Job Description

Administrative functions

  • Participate in manpower recruitment and allocation of manpower resources
  • Develop training plans and identify learning needs for the professional development of nurses
  • Develop and implement operational, nursing workflows and protocols
  • Work with General Practitioners to develop chronic disease protocols and operationalize primary care networks.
  • Review care models with General Practitioners and to improve productivity and efficiency within the network

 Nursing functions

  • Provide supervision to the nursing team and to problem solve operational issues
  • Review operational workflows and ensure smooth transition of patients
  • Work with General Practitioners to develop curriculum and organise induction and refresher programmes for nurses and primary care coordinators
  • Conduct skills competency practical and theory tests
  • Share best practices across all the networks

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Degree / Master in Nursing / Post Basic Diploma preferred  
  • 5 - 7 years experience in administrative function
  • Self-motivated, proactive, good interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, Ability to multi-task
