Job Description

To contribute to the formulation, elaboration, and implementation of development strategies and programmes in the Home and Community Care Sector.

  1. Support the conceptualisation, development and implementation of initiatives for home and community care sector to delay institutionalisation and support ageing in place. These include business environment scan and sector analysis; development of business proposal; engagement of policy makers, funders, and service providers; and securing of funds for pilot programmes
  2. Identify strategic and innovative areas for possible collaboration with interested partners in supporting the sector development
  3. Undertake other tasks as necessary to contribute to HCCD’s objectives in sector development, capability building and outreach

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Degree in any field 
  • 5 – 8 years of business development experience
  • Strategic thinker, flair for writing, process oriented, strong at conceptualising ideas and able to communicate convincingly.
