Job Description

  • Drive organisational development in the community care sector, sector awareness and adoption of HR best practices through platforms such as HR Forums
  • Enhance HR capabilities through identifying training needs, curate, develop and roll out suitable training programmes
  • Build capabilities at workplace to offer structured OJT in support of employment facilitation initiatives
  • Develop workplace support programmes for new placed candidates to improve retention of local workforce
  • Lead sector-wide manpower research in areas such as manpower demand, training needs and employee engagement
  • Oversee administration of Salary Adjustment Exercise 

Job Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline with at least 8 years of relevant experience
  • Practical experience in areas such as HR and organizational development
  • Ability to manage projects independently
  • Good organisational and strong inter-personal skills with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Tenacious self-starter and team player with high level of initiative
