Job Description

  • Design and implement Learning and Development framework, programmes and policies
  • Develop leadership and learning road map for all levels of employees
  • Engage internal stakeholders to identify learning needs and recommend appropriate learning inventions
  • Facilitate the end to end process of training programme procurement (vendor sourcing, evaluating, procuring, delivery)
  • Review and enhance the learning management systems and functionalities
  • Forecast, manage and track the annual training budget

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business or Human Resource Management or equivalent with minimally 8 years of relevant experience in training and development, evident track record and minimally 3 years of supervisory responsibilities 
  • Proactive and able to work independently in handling a variety of duties, yet a team-oriented player in delivery results and meeting training needs within timeline
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong analytical, project management and presentation skills
  • ACTA certification preferred
