Job Description

  • Plan and strategize the planning process to develop strategic effective outcomes for organisation
  • Supervise and lead the implementation of  key events such as workplan seminar, Senior Management Workshops, Board retreats etc
  • Plan and oversee the conduct of the planning exercise to create synergy across the organization
  • Oversee the periodic review of annual action plans as well as ensure alignment with organizational priorities and goals
  • Oversee the collation and monitoring of KPIs of divisions to ensure accurate and timely reporting on corporate performance
  • Oversee secretariat support to AIC Board and manage Board-related matters, including engaging Board members

Job Requirements

  • Recognised degree with at least 12 years of  working experience of which 5 years is a managerial capacity
  • Experience in healthcare industry will be advantage
  • Good interpersonal and creative problem-solving skills, result-driven and meticulous
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with strong influencing skills
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced work environment
