Job Description

  • Drive and implement talent and leadership development initiatives and programmes to enhance the leadership competencies and capability of the leaders
  • Develop and implement initiatives and projects aimed at promoting organizational and leadership capabilities and capacity including talent development and leadership succession planning
  • Establish and build collaborative relationships with Professional Institutions, Voluntary Welfare Organizations (VWOs) in the Community Care Sector

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business or related discipline with at least 5 years of managerial experience in related portfolio
  • Good project management, organisational and strong inter-personal skills with both internal and external customers
  • Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Strong problem solving and sound judgment skills with an aptitude in numerical analysis
  • Team player with high level of initiative
  • Strong problem solving and sound judgment skills developed through broad professional experience in education and the business environment
