Job Description

  • Develop and implement an engagement framework to meet the engagement needs and augment account management in AIC:
    • Identify opportunities and build capabilities/tools/systems to support the integration of information and services for meaningful engagement with our community care partners
    • Promote collaborative projects between stakeholders by:
      • Articulating needs of different stakeholders
      • Matching capabilities and identifying resources to help meet these needs
      • Facilitating the analysis, solutions and documentation of requirements
      • Designing evaluation frameworks and influence stakeholders towards sustained usage and collaborations
      • Performing data analysis to understand trends and recommend proposals for actions/opportunities
    • Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to develop and manage communication and business transition plans on implementation of projects
    • Support the maintenance of engagement and resource repository systems
  • Be part of a team to develop a robust operational system and process on fund management of Regional Health System (RHS) and partnership programmes
    • Ensure proper administration of RHS programmed funding
    • Work closely with stakeholders from Ministry of Health (MOH), RHS, community care partners, and AIC to develop workflow and process to monitor the fund utilisation and programme progress including approach, collation of indicators and track programme progress
    • Identify opportunities to improve processes for greater efficiency in fund management
    • Facilitate communication platforms with key external and internal stakeholders to promote and augment deeper working partnership with them

Job Requirements


  • Recognised degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 7 years’ of relevant working experience with at least 3 years’ in managerial capacity
  • Good knowledge and familiarity with the general Singapore healthcare sector
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in engaging different stakeholders within the RHS
  • Ability to manage and/or lead change
  • Analytical and organized, strong in strategic thinking
