Job Description

  • Liaise and develop community partners by coordinating mental health awareness training, facilitating the setup of network within each community and develop service linkage processes for community partners and their network.
  • Conceptualise and develop regular engagements to partners including Dementia Friends and corporate partners to keep them connected and updated of the latest developments.
  • Research, collate and propose content for social media engagement platforms, including the management of these platforms.
  • Conduct landscape mapping and analysis of community mental health (CMH) service providers to identify and recommend potential CMH partners under the Community Mental Health Division's work plan and directives.
  • Assist in the evaluation on the effectiveness of liaison and development efforts and initiatives in meeting set objectives of the overall CMH plan.
  • Manage database of partners including service providers, community partners and Dementia Friends.
  • Conceptualise and develop or enhance resources for clients, caregivers and service providers to increase awareness of mental health and inform them where to seek help (including soliciting feedback on existing resources).
  • Develop and maintain internal resources e.g. library books, guidelines etc.
  • Coordinate and provide project management support for key projects for the department which include tracking progress, milestones and budget follow up.
  • Support the department/division in all related activities to meet the divisional objectives of CMH.
