Job Description

  • To create claim account in IT system for payment.
  • To verify the completeness of application and relevant documents for scanning and uploading into IT system for respective claim.
  • To ensure payments are authorised timely.
  • To send and track payment notification to and receipt confirmation from VWOs.
  • To assist in data entry of utilisation reports, KPI and change request updates from VWOs.
  • To track expiring disbursements and liaise with project managers for follow up with VWOs.
  • To extract data and generate reports for meetings and reporting to management and funder.
  • To assist in migration of historical data to IT system.
  • Adhoc duties as required.

Job Requirements

  • Basic degree with at least 2 years of relevant working experience  
  • Independent, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Meticulous, good follow up and coordination skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
