Job Description

  • Experience in handling full set of accounts 
  • Ensure timely month-end closing activities and submission of financial, management and statutory reports, implementation and compliance with internal controls
  • Collaborate with Business Divisions to develop workflows as well as improve existing process and procedures to ensure proper governance 
  • Manage claim disbursement administered by the Divisions to ensure prompt claims submission, disbursement and tracking 
  • Support and be a liaison for cashflow and expenditure reporting to Funder 
  • Cash management and banking matters 
  • Liaise with Auditor on audit matters, including preparation of audit schedules
  • Support budgeting, forecasting exercises and financial analysis
  • Any other duties as assigned by Management  


Job Requirements

  • Recognised degree in Accountancy or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on working experience in handling full set of accounts
  • Knowledge of SAP accounting system will be an added advantage
  • Conversant in MS Office Applications
  • Able to work with multiple stakeholders and handle massive queries
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure and fast pace environment
