Job Description

  • Plan and support the strategic planning process and assist to develop strategic plans for medium to long-term objectives
  • Assist to implement the initiatives of the planning exercise to create synergy across the organization
  • Assist to facilitate periodic review of annual action plans as well as ensure alignment with organizational priorities and goals
  • Collate and monitor KPIs of divisions to ensure accurate and timely reporting on corporate performance
  • Provide secretariat support to AIC Board and manage all Board-related matters
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to team for all the meetings, company events and management retreats

Job Requirements

  • Degree with 1 year of working experience 
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • A good teamplayer with good problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Possess good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Able to multi-task and deal with tight timelines
