Job Description

  • Administer daily caregivers training operations (e.g. claims processing, disbursement and follow-ups with caregivers) as well as to coordinate annual audit checks on training providers 
  • Propose redesign of operation processes to improve grant governance and productivity
  • Work with training providers, partners and counterparts from other Government agencies to achieve efficient operations and IT team on systems system enhancements and ideate new ways to enable caregivers to acquire training online
  • Analyse, review and identify gaps on caregivers training to design corresponding initiatives to address caregivers’ and care recipients’ needs
  • Participate in outreach and publicity efforts to increase take up of caregivers training in particular training of caregivers who are foreign domestic helpers

Job Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline with at least 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably with experience working in healthcare, training and/or voluntary welfare organisations
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, high level of integrity, with passion and patience to serve caregivers and seniors
  • Detailed, meticulous, organised, resourceful, able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast paced environment
  • Able to work independently and as a team player, with motivation to learn and progress as a team
