Job Description

  • Assist in the conceptualisation, development and implementation of a standardised care assessment framework in Singapore
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to actualise the care assessment framework
  • Contribute to improvement of operational processes, right-siting of patients and higher quality of care through implementation of the care assessment framework
  • Assist in the design, development and implementation of system enablers essential to the development of care assessment, such as IT systems integration and service placement decision support tools
  • Drafting approval papers and updates to MOH and senior management
  • Track progress and ensure compliance to timelines in project development and implementation

Job Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline with at least 5 years of work experience and preferably in heath/ and social care will an added advantage
  • Experience in implementing new programmes and change management will be a plus
  • Good project management, organisational and strong inter-personal skills with both internal and external customers
  • Good analytical skills
  • Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Team player with high level of initiative
  • Proactive, self-motivated, independent 
  • Proficiency in basic statistics
