Job Description

  • Coordinate and provide administrative and logistical support to team for meetings, focus group discussions etc
  • Assist the team in the administration of training grants and processing of claims
  • Support the team in implementation of project and programmes
  • Coordinate and track reports such as budget utilization reports, event calendars etc
  • Manage divisional/team office administration, such as filing system, documentation, note taking

Job Requirements

  • Diploma qualification or equivalent with at least 3 to 5 years’ of administrative experience
  • Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess good planning and organizational capabilities with a meticulous eye for details
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skill with a pleasant personality
