Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the team such as managing schedule, organizing meetings, filing and documentation etc
  • Provide note-taking and collation of materials for presentations and meetings
  • Manage corporate marketing assets and track utilisation
  • Responsible for corporate gifts inventory and production of festive e-cards
  • Any other duties that is being assigned  

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline preferably with similar experience
  • Possess good planning and organising skills
  • Possess good written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and is a team player
