Job Description

  • Assist in the development of caregiver support strategies
    • Conduct literature review and studies to determine service gaps for caregivers in Singapore
    • Liaise with community partners to explore new care models to support caregivers.
  • Assist in the development of pre-enrolment programme for respite services
    • Liaise with various stakeholders including community partners, to explore avenues to reach out to caregivers.
    • Develop and implement media plan to educate caregivers on the importance of taking respite breaks, and to build awareness of respite services.
    • Assist to liaise with various internal stakeholders, in the development of a digital platform for pre-enrolment.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new services to support caregivers
    • Assist to develop new respite services.
    • Assist to develop proposals and seek funding sources for the implementation of new respite services.
  • Secretariat to Caregiver Support Review Committee
    • Assist to liaise with internal stakeholders to update management on initiatives implemented under the Caregiver Support Action Plan.




Job Requirements

  • Degree in Allied Health
  • At least 2 years of work experience
  • Candidates with experience in ILTC and/or healthcare sector are preferred
  • Ability to work independently and is a team player
  • Good spoken and written communication skills
