Job Description

Assist the Head and Deputy Head of the Satellite Offices (SOs) in managing administration matters pertaining to Finance & Procurement, Office Administration and Contract Management.  Duties include but not limited to:

  • Prepare and track procurement approval, purchase orders and payment
  • Maintenance and stock take of office equipment, office inventory management, fire & safety management and liaison for office cleaning services
  • Liaise with Headquarters (HQ) for collaterals, procurement of office and water supplies
  • Liaise with HQ and corporate divisions to ensure that the SOs are continually updated on any new directives, policies or initiatives and statuses of submissions and follow up actions
  • Coordinate referrals (including making calls and home visits) of clients living in the community who need health and/or social services in one of the SOs
  • Support the SOs in administration of Silver Generation Ambassadors (SGAs)
  • Training coordinator for the SOs and Cluster in charge of training matters including planning, coordinating and executing the SOs/Cluster's SGA Learning Day
  • Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Recognised degree in any discipline
  • Familiar with finance and procurement policies and systems and preferably with administrative processes
  • Excellent analytical and financial skills, meticulous and independent
  • Able to build strong working relationships with people
  • Adaptable to changes and embrace improvement
