Job Description

1.  Data management for sector development

  • Review regular reports related to home and centre-based care services;
  • Liaise with AIC divisions for reporting AIC KPIs and other related reporting;
  • Work with HCCD sector managers, senior management, and other divisions within AIC and MOH to enhance/ streamline data reporting processes for precision, end-user friendly, efficient utilisation with seamless dashboard reporting.

2.  Project management for study to understand the determinants of long-term care utilization.

3. Logistic and project management with NUS-Yong Loo Lin Medical School on exposure of medical students to community care.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Review and establish regular data sets required by HCCD to support operations and planning;
  2. Work with stakeholders to streamline processes of acquiring such data sets;
  3. Establish a dashboard to update senior management on key performance of the division.
  4. Any other tasks as assigned.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in disciplines related to data science, analytics and management (e.g. statistics, computer science, economics, operations research). A Masters in Public Health would be advantageous
  • Experience with data management and/or software development.
  • Healthcare experience would be useful but not compulsory.
