Job Description

Lead team to build strong collaborative partnership with the GP sector and drive co-creation of new initiatives and continuous programme improvements: 

  • Drive strategic planning, development and implementation of new initiatives to build strong collaborative partnerships with GP sector
  • Lead strategic engagements with key stakeholders to develop and drive collaborative initiatives to strengthen primary care 
  • Drive continuous review and quality improvement projects to strengthen communications and information sharing with GPs
  • Drive proactive engagement strategy to gather insights and ground sensing to support MOH in formulating new policy and programme
  • Drive the development and implementation of national schemes for the Primary Care sector to strengthen Primary care as the first and continuous line of care
  • Lead team in operationalising ad-hoc emergency response in times of national health crisis
  • Drive the strategic planning, development and implementation of new initiatives to improve Primary Care navigation
  • Review and analyse sector to identify gaps and opportunities to develop sector growth plans and improve patient care journey

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant working experiences, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Has experience i strategic planning, business development, project management and stakeholders engagement
  • Systems and critical thinker
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (including writing and public speaking)
