Job Description

  • Manage the operation team to ensure smooth daily operation and administration of the various national level schemes
  • Drive efforts to improve processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen grant governance
  • Leverage on data and statistics to identify areas for improvement and work closely with key stakeholders (e.g. Ministries) to improve the scheme design
  • Provide leadership to a team of officers who administer the scheme application, develop the team competency and groom them as professionals

Job Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline with minimum 10 years of relevant managerial experience with significant exposure to operations management in the public sector or private sector in health  or social care industry
  • Experience in operation management preferred
  • Able to balance operational demands and higher policy consideration
  • Good project management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical, writing and research skills; and aptitude for problem solving including numerical analysis
  • Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Team player with high level of initiative and strong interpersonal communication skills
