Job Description

  • Understand government policies and frame it in a user friendly and clear manner for public communication
  • Design and develop training curriculum and courses for volunteers
  • Develop and update the Volunteer Learning roadmap, working with training providers to curate the training for applicability when needed
  • Propose Learning@work initiatives and sharing of best practices to encourage continual learning of staff and volunteers
  • Promote knowledge management through maintaining a training learning portal under the Intranet
  • Custodian of Training team workplan objectives, budgeting and track expenses
  • Conduct periodical evaluation on design implementations to assess areas for improvement and development
  • Perform as In-house Trainer to conduct Silver Generation Ambassador (SGA) Centralised Training

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Degree in adult learning, training delivery, coaching, education, instructional design or courseware development would be an advantage
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in training design, delivery and facilitation
  • Able to communicate ideas and issues clearly and visually to different stakeholders, inspiring them to be human-centered
  • Able to collaborate and relate well to different people and take in critique and feedback, building on them positively
  • Able to navigate ambiguity towards clear insights and solutions
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong passion and empathy for understanding human needs
  • Dependable and adept at problem solving
