Job Description

  • Review, develop and implement talent acquisition strategies, processes and programmes for effective recruitment
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and improve current process
  • Partner with business to understand business structures, priorities and dynamics to develop a strategic sourcing
  • Review, design and drive the recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices
  • Organise and participate in talent attraction programmes and events
  • Manage the various social media platform to attract and hire talents

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business or HRM or equivalent with minimally 8 years of relevant experience of in-house talent acquisition/recruiting experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency and familiarity with social media, job boards and other recruiting technologies, with good track record of hiring for a broad range of positions
  • Possess good written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive and able to work independently in handling a variety of duties, yet a team-oriented player in delivery results and meeting training needs within timeline
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong analytical, project management and presentation skills
