Job Description

  • Provide support for user requirements gathering, design, user acceptance testing and implementation of system enhancements, tools and applications to improve business process and operations.
  • Liaise with business users, technical team and system vendors to provide support in defining system design specifications, assist in the planning and development of existing and new systems initiatives to support business needs.
  • Provide ongoing end-user support in the Implementation of change management to ensure effective transition to new systems and processes
  • Support data analytics for business intelligence of trends in schemes, and insights into evolving profile of the fund administrators, clients, etc
  • Support the development and publishing of Operational Performance Dashboards to support performance management and process improvement.
  • Provide support to the tracking and reporting of system changes and system enhancement requests.
  • Review work processes for continuous improvement in service quality and process efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in business/information systems, or any related discipline, preferably with experience in supporting systems design and deployment. Knowledge in data analytical and reporting tools, Tableau, IDEA CaseWare tool would be advantageous
  • Possess good functional and technical knowledge in system development life cycle with an analytical systems thinking skill
  • Possess the ability to understand business process and user needs within a service-oriented work environment
  • Ability to work independently, resourceful with a strong problem solving ability and able to multi-task in a fast pace environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and clients
  • Meticulous with a good eye for detail and strong follow-up skills
