Job Description

• Responsible for the full spectrum of procurement process which includes running of RFQ/RFP, support evaluation of goods and services, negotiation on quotation, guide and review of approval papers with users for submission and processing of purchase requisition

• Involve in the contract negotiation and supplier management process.

• Manage daily operational purchasing activities.

• Identify opportunities and implement actions to reduce overall costs.

• Ensure compliance with procurement policy and procedures

• Build strong working relationships with both internal stakeholders and key suppliers

• Any other duties as assigned by the Management

Job Requirements

  • General Degree with at least 2 years’ experience in Purchasing & Supply Chain Management.
  • Knowledge of SAP MM will be an added advantage
  • Highly proficient in MS Office
  • Possess strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strong interpersonal & Communication skills, with proactive analytical and negotiation skills
  • Able to work independently and deliver results with minimal guidance
  • Candidates with experience in healthcare industry would have an added advantage
