Job Description

  • Develop operations support model and procedures for the online platform
  • Implement the operations support model, with the support of internal teams and technology partner
  • Plan and manage the training for external and internal stakeholders, including internal teams, community care providers, vendors and public users
  • Define mechanisms to monitor quality, platform adoption and usage, and to perform analysis on such data for senior management
  • Analyse and provide operational feedback for further development of the platform

Job Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably with experience in provision of care services or products, logistics and/or provision of goods or services online
  • Possess an eye for improving processes, high level of integrity, strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detailed, meticulous, organised, resourceful with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong ability to handle ambiguity and high work pressure in a fast pace work environment
  • Able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in handling diverse situations and manage individual differences
  • Versatile in working independently as well as an effective team player
