Job Description

  • Work and coordinate with appointed training vendors on programme administration and logistics arrangement
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in the implementation of leadership and managerial programmes as well as to plan, organise and conduct learning activities and initiatives.
  • Review, recommend and implement improvement measures to streamline processes administrative policies and procedures in relation to leadership and managerial programmes
  • Responsible for training related finance matters, team budget monitoring and utilisation
  • Prepare and present information for After Action Review (AAR), reports, papers etc.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline with at least 3 years of working experience
  • Possess the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, and an aptitude in problem solving
  • Ability to function in a highly dynamic organisation
  • Proactive, self-motivated, independent and meticulous with a good eye for detail and strong follow-up skills
