Job Description

The portfolio comprises of (i) strategy and strategic planning, and (ii) behavioural insights work as detailed below.

Strategy and strategic planning

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in helping to steer and support the rest of AIC in achieving its vision, mission and strategic outcomes through:

  • Managing reviews and staff communication on AIC strategy map
  • Planning, facilitating and organising senior management retreats to discuss strategic issues and longer-term priorities
  • Coordinating and/or undertaking strategic reviews and studies with various stakeholders

Behavioural Insights (BI)

The successful candidate will help to build behavioural insights capabilities in AIC through:

  • Generating awareness and mindshare via engagements with divisions, organising BI talks and workshops, and researching on and disseminating regular BI communications to staff
  • Coordinating and working with consultants and colleagues on deploying BI in projects

Job Requirements

  • Degree preferably in Social Sciences or any other related discipline
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in policy, planning or strategy functions; public or healthcare sector will be an advantage
  • A strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical and able to think logically, critically and strategically
  • Good project management skills and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Motivated self-starter who is able to multitask and work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work effectively in a team
  • Comfortable working with numbers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
