Job Description

  • Conceptualise and implement Organisation Development (OD) interventions to build a Caring, Cohesive and Collaborative culture in AIC
  • Drive efforts to build organisation identity and strengthen core values
  • Establish good relations with stakeholders so as to be the change champion to positively influence culture and mobilise others to participate in events
  • Conduct forms of ground-sensing from time to time, e.g. surveys, focus group discussions, and thereafter to design and drive initiatives to address any gaps
  • Lead in the development and implementation of innovation-related
    initiatives to strengthen the culture of innovation within AIC, including enhancing innovation platforms and events, advising on corporate-wide quality improvement projects, managing the internal innovation fund in support of enhancing productivity and processes etc
  • Oversee Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategies and initiatives to galvanise our staff in meaningful ways and fulfil our aspiration to be socially responsible organisation

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business or equivalent with minimally 5 years of relevant experience in OD work, minimally 2 years of supervisory responsibilities
  • Well versed in Quality Improvement (QI), Design Thinking, Lean Management. Value Stream Mapping etc 
  • Possess good written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive and able to work independently in handling a variety of duties, yet a strong team-oriented player
  • Proficiency with Workplace@Facebook will be an advantage but not compulsory
