Job Description

  • Manage the client management team to ensure efficient and effective feedback management and achieve clients’ satisfaction
  • Leverage on behaviour insights and feedback analysis to improve service quality and efficiency of service delivery
  • Manage the development and enhancement of communication collateral
  • Provide leadership to a team of officers to drive the development of team competencies and develop them as professionals

Job Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline with minimum 5 years of relevant managerial experience with significant exposure to customer relationship management & behavior insights in the public sector or private sector in health or social care industry
  • Experience in QSM portfolio and service quality preferred
  • Able to balance operational demands and higher policy considerations
  • Good project management and organizational skills; Strong analytical, writing and research skills; and aptitude for problem solving
  • Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Team player with high level of initiative and strong interpersonal communication skills
