To assist Head to drive initiatives and provide strategic directions for the planning of the Active Ageing pillar under Community Networks for Seniors (CNS) initiative at the GRC level
To work with AIC divisions, Ministry of Health (MOH) and partner agencies to set up a strong system of active ageing and preventive health services to help seniors stay well in the community as well as establish cooperation with a network of wider stakeholders in the community, such as grassroots and voluntary welfare organisations, schools and corporates, etc
To curate programmes and galvanise agencies to provide an ample supply of Active Ageing programmes for seniors living in the community, and to facilitate seniors' participation so that they stay well in the community
To support the development of the Active Ageing pillar's pilots in terms of workflow and processes, trial them before handing over to CNS Operations for nationwide implementation
To reap synergies with digitisation of the Active Ageing pillar by working closely with the Moments of Life (MOL) Active Ageing team in the division
Job Requirements
Recognised degree in any discipline
Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in allied health, social service or community engagement
Experience in engaging and managing stakeholders, strong in follow-up through work with various stakeholders
Possess some knowledge and interest in Active Ageing
Possess good critical thinking, analytical and decision-making skills
Possess project management, planning and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for working with seniors and community partners
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
